Bishop Bell is a Seasoned Servant of the Lord with over 30 years of ministerial experience and congregational leadership. He preached his first sermon at the age of 9 and organized his first church at 20 years old.

He is committed to shepherding the shepherds throughout the country, engaging with them in community outreach, and devising strategies to sustain church growth and long-term operational goals. His passion and conviction is in evangelism, church growth, spiritual education, technology, administration, and mentorship. He has organized and constructed over 30 Bible colleges throughout the United States, Haiti and Africa.

Bishop Bell’s passion in ministry is preaching and teaching the Word of God to the people of God for the glory of God. In Acts 6:4 the apostles stated, “But we will devote ourselves to prayer, and to the ministry of the word.” Ephesians 4:11-12 says, “He gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers, for the equipping of the saints for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ.” We believe he is called, first and foremost, to preach and teach the Word of God prayerfully and faithfully. His heart beats for revival to take place in the local church and for souls to come to know the Savior and live for Him in holiness.
